FRANKLIN–Angel Medical Center offers a Prepared Childbirth Class for Teens.  This class provides information on the stages of labor and the birth of your newborn.  Topics include: coping with labor through breathing and relaxation exercises, medical interventions, Cesarean delivery, coaching tips, the birth process and post partum care for Mom.  Included is an infant care class with valuable information on caring for your newborn in the hospital and at home.

Call to schedule a class at 828-369-4421.  The course instructors are RN’s who work in the Angel Medical Center Birthing Center and are Certified Childbirth Educators.
