The town of Sylva now has an awful smell that lingers. What will that do for the town? I live near the Waffle House and the smell coming from the paper factory is pungent at times. We have now decided to move away from Sylva and I have lived there for 7 years. Has anyone thought about the smell that the paper factory produces?
