New York Times on Clean Air

REGIONAL/NATIONAL-The
New York Times editorializes today that Friday’s “surprising” action by a Federal Appeals Court to strike down the 2005 Clean Air Interstate Rule was a “major setback” for the environment.
The Times argues that the legislation was one of the few thoughtful moves the EPA has made in recent years.
